Ronald E. Montoya : Managing Partner
Ronald E. Montoya, was the former President and CEO of PlastiComm Industries, Inc., a supplier, assembler, and manufacturer of telecommunications products. Under his leadership, PlastiComm Industries was ranked #19 on the Inc. Magazine Inner City 100 list. Ron has been in business for over 40 years in various industries. His extensive business knowledge and experience has been proven time and again.
Mr. Montoya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Colorado and a Juris Doctorate from University of Denver. Mr. Montoya has been a dedicated member of several community boards, including: National Jewish Hospital, Metro State College Foundation, St. Joseph's Hospital Foundation, U S Bank Advisory Board, Denver Hotel Authority, Colorado Forum and many others. Mr. Montoya served as the Chairman of the Board for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce from 1996 to 1998, and as Executive Director
of the Colorado Office of Minority Business from 1986 to 1990.

RC Montoya : Director of Operations
RC has his degree in Technical Communications and has been instrumental in developing systems for efficiency and organization of projects. He joined the company in September 1998 to help manage rapid expansion. He implemented a human resources program and has the responsibility for managing and developing warehousing, stocking technologies and systems to help clients reduce inventory and management costs. RC serves on several local boards and community groups. He is an author and motivational speaker.
Daniel Montoya : Director of Sales and Operations
Dan joined Innov8 as a Project Director and earned his position as Director of Operations. He has a degree in Information Systems and E-Business. Dan oversees assembly and manufacturing operations. One of his biggest assets is his ability to translate his expertise in assembly and installation requirements into cost-saving measures. Working with his team, Dan has generated significant savings for clients with regard to product configuration and assembly processes. His advocacy of employee empowerment has fostered high-performing teams that deliver constant innovation and quality improvement.
